Boston Somatic Therapy blends relational talk therapy with a body-based approach that honors your nervous system’s natural capacity to heal and regulate.
Our work is collaborative and attuned, integrating Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, trauma-informed yoga and relational talk therapy. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with your body, process past experiences, and expand your capacity to move through life with more flexibility and resilience.
While we can’t change the past or control the future, we can support you in cultivating a deeper sense of inner safety, groundedness, and agency in the present moment.
We offer in-person sessions in East Boston, as well as telehealth sessions throughout Massachusetts, Maine and Rhode Island.
