At Boston Somatic Collective, we take a whole-person, present moment approach that integrates psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and yoga therapy. Our focus is on supporting nervous system regulation and creating meaningful, lasting change that goes beyond insight alone.
Rather than only talking through challenges, we work with how stress and experience show up in the body in real time. This allows healing to be something you directly experience through greater awareness, regulation, and connection, not just something you understand intellectually.
Over time, many clients notice a stronger sense of groundedness, emotional resilience, self-trust, and ease in their daily lives. The intention is not perfection or fixing yourself, but expanding your capacity to feel safe, flexible, and supported as you move through life.
Sessions are personalized and may include talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, yoga therapy, and other embodied practices based on your needs and goals.
In-person sessions are available in East Boston, with telehealth offered throughout Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island.
