My name is Jessica. I am a licensed clinical social worker, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and EMDR therapist. I work in person in East Boston and offer online sessions for adults and teens in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine and Connecticut.

Through compassionate and collaborative therapy, I support individuals in accessing their innate capacity for healing and growth. I view my role as a guide in the empowering journey of self-discovery, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and resilience. I believe that healing happens not only through insight, but also through attunement, presence, and the restoration of embodied safety.

I integrate traditional talk therapy with physical techniques such as building body awareness, breathing exercises, and gentle movement. Sessions help to create space for your body to move through and heal from stressful life events, whether you are new to therapy or feel “all talked out.” Your body has the inherent wisdom to heal, and I am there to support and guide you through it.
