My name is Jessica. I am a licensed clinical social worker, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and EMDR therapist. I work in person in East Boston and offer online sessions for adults and teens in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine.

Through compassionate and collaborative therapy, I support individuals in accessing their innate capacity for healing and growth. I view my role as a guide in the empowering journey of self-discovery, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and resilience. I believe that healing happens not only through insight, but also through attunement, presence, and the restoration of embodied safety.
